Return Policy – MAC Designs & Co.
At MAC Designs & Co., we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer store credit only for eligible returns under the following conditions:
Returns Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of the purchase date for in-store purchases or 14 days from the delivery date for shipped orders.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Store Credit Only
- Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
- No refunds will be provided to the original form of payment.
- Store credit may be used toward any future purchase at MAC Designs & Co.
- Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale, clearance, or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Any item marked “Final Sale”
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us within the applicable 14-day return window. Once your return is approved, instructions will be provided for returning the item.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
